Insurance Information
At COMS we make every effort to provide you with the finest
surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To
accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your
insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. Some services are not covered in every contract. Insurance companies select certain services that they will cover and those that they will not cover. Please check your plan for coverage prior to your appointment. Many insurance plans require you to go to preferred providers, it is the patient’s responsibility to check with your insurance company for coverage. Some insurance companies will allow services to be covered by Cooper OMS with an out-of-network difference with their own insurance policy.
